
I borrowed the recipe from recipezaar:
- 3/4 cup mashed ripe banana (about 1-1/2 medium bananas)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt or low-fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375°F.
